Smile Makeover in Medellín, Colombia
A personalized plan to transform your smile
Treatments in a Smile Makeover
- Most Common
Porcelain Veneers
Thin ceramic shells bonded to the front of teeth. Correct color, shape, alignment and minor gaps — the most popular choice for complete makeovers. - Conservative
Composite Veneers & Bonding
Layered composite resin applied directly to the tooth. Minimally invasive, often same-day, reversible. Ideal for younger patients or minor corrections. - Color Correction
Professional Whitening
In-office or take-home whitening is often scheduled before veneer work so adjacent teeth match the new shade. Several shades of improvement are typical. - Shape & Symmetry
Tooth Reshaping & Contouring
Subtle enamel reshaping to balance edges, correct minor overlaps and refine lengths. Often combined with bonding for finishing touches. - Full Coverage
Dental Crowns
Used when a tooth is structurally compromised — cracked, heavily filled or after a root canal. Zirconia or E-max porcelain are matched to the overall plan. - Frame the Smile
Gum Contouring
For gummy smiles or uneven gum lines, a precise soft-tissue adjustment reshapes the gingival frame so the teeth look proportional and balanced.
How a Smile Makeover Works at Our Clinic
- 1
Virtual Consultation
Send photos and a short video of your smile via WhatsApp. We return with an initial diagnosis, a treatment direction and an estimated budget before you travel.
- 2
Digital Smile Design & Wax-Up
On your first in-person visit we take photos, bite registration and impressions. A 3D digital design and physical wax-up let you preview the final result before any tooth is touched.
- 3
Treatment Sequencing
Treatments are scheduled in the correct order: whitening (if included) first, then any periodontal work, then veneers or crowns. Every session is documented in your treatment log.
- 4
Final Placement & Reveal
The veneers, bonding or crowns are cemented after a trial fit where color, shape and bite are confirmed. Most full cases take 5–10 business days in Medellín.
- 5
Follow-up & Maintenance
A post-op check is scheduled before you fly back. We stay available via WhatsApp and coordinate with your local dentist for long-term polish, bite adjustments and hygiene visits.

Are You a Candidate for a Smile Makeover?
- Discolored, worn, chipped or uneven front teeth
- Small gaps, minor crowding, asymmetric smile line
- Healthy gums and teeth (no active decay or gum disease)
- Clear aesthetic goals and realistic expectations
- Commitment to maintenance — hygiene and night guard if indicated
- Active cavities — treat fillings first
- Gum disease — periodontal therapy before veneers
- Severe bite problems — orthodontic evaluation first
- Nighttime grinding — night guard included in plan
- Missing teeth — consider implants as part of the plan
Keeping Your New Smile
For the first 48 hours after placement, avoid staining foods and drinks (coffee, red wine, beets, curry, dark sauces) and anything very hot or cold. Brushing and flossing resume normally.
Daily routine: brush twice a day with a non-abrasive toothpaste, floss carefully around veneer margins, and consider an interdental brush or water flosser. Avoid biting directly on hard objects (pens, ice, nails).
Long-term: a professional cleaning and polish every 6 months keeps margins healthy and color stable. Porcelain veneers typically last 10–15+ years; composite veneers may need a polish or small touch-up every 3–5 years.
